Still Missing Gold Points

Am I the only one still missing Gold Points? Specifiaclly Hallmark gift certificate related points. Every Monday I get the same line; they're working on it and they "should" be posted by Friday. Needless to say, a lot of Fridays have come and gone and still no points.

After several of the same replies, I finally got mine late last week. I was told that the Hallmark paper certs were part of the last review process to catch up from December's promo.

I'm missing points from Harry and David, CD Universe, LL Bean (2) and Tupperware and maybe one or two others from late January to mid Feb.

Still missing Goldpoints for $220 of magazines from Valuemags in December. In the three months since I have:

-first emailed Valuemags, who in December said it takes a couple of weeks for Goldpoints to post orders

-spoken with Goldpoints customer service four times

-faxed the order receipt to Goldpoints twice

-faxed the order receipt and request for help to Carlson VP of marketing

-was told by Goldpoints on Monday that Valuemags had never uploaded my order info to them

-received email from Valuemags today saying the file was uploaded in January and that my email and order receipt would be forwarded immediately to Goldpoints.

Yeah, I understand Goldpoints was overwhelmed in December. But this is ridiculous on their part. In the fingerpointing battle, I tend to believe Valuemags. At least my magazines are arriving, which is more service than I've gotten out of Goldpoints.

Ditto, Hallmark e-cert points are missing.
I waited till mid-February, then called, sent email, faxed receipts to Customer service twice, faxed receipts to Calrson management twice, after that exchanged a few emails again.
The latest scam from Goldpoints:
" I
apologize your Hallmark.com orders have not yet posted to your account.
Hallmark.com stopped the issue of Gold Points earned during the triple
point promotion period on February 13, 2002 while orders are being
reviewed. At this time they have not lifted the hold of Gold Points.
Once Hallmark.com has verified all orders and has authorized the
processing of Gold Points we will adjust your account accordingly."
I forwarded this to Hallmark and they claim no knowledge about the "hold".

I combined two these two messages and forwarded to GP's and Hallmark asking to explain how both statements can be true.

No response, I guess they feel offended.

My three small ($100 ea) hallmark.com orders posted promptly in early Jan, HOWEVER my three big ($800 and two for $900 ea) hallmark.com orders have not posted meaning that I'm missing 312K points.

When I call Goldpoints customer service they are always friendly BUT never helpful in my opinion, I feel like they are stonewalling me. I did a FT search and saw where some people got action a few months ago by faxing a Mr. Schrum who is supposedly the big-cheese of Carlson Marketing so I finally faxed him this morning, if this fails to get me a satisfactory action/reply I'll fax a Ms Nelson who is supposedly the CEO of Carlson - what more can we do?

I am still waiting for 66,000 points (out of 126,000) from the Hallmark Certificate purchases. Repeated calls and faxes don't seem to help. They say they are working on it.
You would think after 10 weeks, they could clear this up.

In my post yesterday I said that I was missing 312K goldpoints from Hallmark purchases and that I was going to fax the guy that's supposedly head of Carlson's Marketing Dept, Harold Schrum. I did fax him a FRIENDLY letter at 763-212-1254 and lo and behold 288K goldpoints posted yesterday (and I know why the additional 24K didn't post - it should be easy to correct), maybe it was a coincidence that the missing points happened to post the very same day that I sent my fax but I seriously doubt it - I think my fax is what did the trick. Perhaps some of you that are missing points may consider doing this. Good Luck!

I'll have to go back and re-do the math, but I *thought* that I'd been given all of my points relating to hallmark.com... I used MileTracker (thanks JimBob) and all of a sudden around 50k GPs just posted to my account...

I called GP and beat around the bush trying to figure out where they came from... I was told that they're still working on my hallmark purchases and that they should transfer into FF miles sometime next week...

there's a lag between when GPs post to the account and when the activity shows...

something is weird though... I had a very uneven number of GPs in my account due to hotel stays, partner purchases and TGI Fridays... the number of GPs added to my account took my to a perfectly even transferrable number... hypothetically kinda like if you had 5,623 GPs and 14,377 GPs were added to make it an even 20k...
