Still Missing Gold Points

Still missing 200k+ points for Hallmark Certs. Recv'd 200k+ so far. I placed some addtional orders on 12-31-01 & 1-1-02. They're saying orders on 1-1-02 were at 40 points per $. But when I entered them it said I was getting 120 points per $. Anyone else have this problem?

As of today I got all my missing points (3 Hallmark orders, two of them paper certs) from end of December!
I did get the "wrong" discount on the Valumags discount reversed about three weeks ago.
I just called to transfer to NW.
Frank is the one at GP who handled the little Hallmark screwup. I never faxed anything, I emailed them the required info two months ago...so it took some work but, overall, not too bad in my case.
I must say they have the most pleasant and well mannered CSRs I have even encountered!
I think GP gained a long time customer
