No gift cards, but there are some fun driving events. I did the Porsche World Road Show performance driving event at PPIR last weekend. Had a blast driving 911's and Cayman's on a race track. Invited because I subscribed to the Porsche newsletter.

Received a targeted email from Chevy, inviting me to test drive a Chevy and receive a $25 Visa gift card. It requires a certificate code, which was emailed to me.

...and when I actually got around to trying it today, the dealership said they had never heard of it and didn't recognize the print-out, but would check with corporate on how / if it would be honored.

Is there a link?? Should give it a try

$25 gift card (Amazon, Lowe's, Cabela's, etc.) for a test drive at North Valley VW in Thornton, CO. Had to click around a little to find the banner offer. Sketchy experience, but the gift card code was emailed within 30 minutes.

Test drove a BMW i3
 

I got a snail mail invite from BMW to test drive the i3 electric car from the new i sub-brand. My spouse and I went and were each given the opportunity to drive riding together. Nice that they didn't assume that only one driving would suffice. They also had the new i8 hybrid sports car on the floor, but not for driving. Both are plug-ins. Neither car is available now for drive out, but are for pre-sales. They also had food, drinks (alcoholic and otherwise), a jazz band and giveaways. My spouse won the BMW golf jacket with a $175 price tag...yea!

Notes about the test drive...nice little car with a bigger feel inside, well designed interior, odd confusing shifter on stalk off the steering wheel, lots of carbon fiber, feels heavy and especially with foot off the "gas" with the friction charging the battery. Not a lot of need for braking with the friction charging either. Has some go to it considering it's electric. It seems lux for a small car and has the price tag for it $42K and up. Some tax credits might make it worth a look.

I found this on a site and it said all gift cards are gone and no form for it. Then I found this and the form is still active. So your mileage may vary.

I used to do this with no problem for several years. Now it says I can't, because my address is already on file. Apparently something has changed.

I tried it just now and was able to print out a form with my personal priority code. I was already planning to start looking at new cars soon, so the timing is perfect.

Had the same issue. Found out that it can be bypassed just by using a different e-mail address.
