Went to the dealer, showed the printout and my drivers license and took the test drive of a hybrid model of the Jetta (didn't know VW made a hybrid Jetta).
By the time I came back from the test drive, I received confirmation e-mail from VW on my smartphone with a link that says my $25 MC will be sent to my address in 3-5 weeks. ^ |

Did both the VW and Kia offers. Both went smoothly, pleasant sales reps and I was impressed with both the VW Passat and Kia Optima.

Knocked out the Kia ($25 Visa GC) and VW ($25 Starbucks GC) test drives this sunny afternoon in the DC Beltway. No problems. And for good measure, had lunch at an iDine restaurant in between.
Won't know if the test drives credit properly until ~8 weeks. 2/2 so far. Still no success with the MB promo :( |

Select Subaru dealers seem to be doing something similar to the VW offer. I think it's done by the same marketing contractor as VW because the pop-up layout seems to be exactly the same as VW.
Go to a Subaru dealer webpage, choose a vehicle, and pop-up may/may not show up for a $25 gift card. Can choose one from either MC debit card, Target or BestBuy gift card. Worked for me for a Subaru dealer in Torrance, CA so YMMV. Maybe worthwhile to Google Subaru dealers near your area and check their dealer websites to see if any Subaru dealers near you gives you that pop-up. |

How are you getting the Subaru one? I live near Torrance & would do it. I went to Subaru site...selected a car & then put in zip code for dealer & up popped the google map etc. for Subaru Pacific in Torrance but not test drive stuff. Is there some roundabout way to get it? thx
