I think the bonus offers depend on the amount of activity in each RN account. I am a VIP in all my accounts but perfer AA, then DL and lastly, US.
AA and DL had bonus offers while US did not.
AA and DL had bonus offers while US did not.

At NWA (where I'm VIP but haven't dined for a couple months), I got a bonus which gives me 2 extra miles/$ after $30 cumulative.
(And that's not counting the 1000 mile contribution of the first dine to NWA's Pile On The Miles multi-partner promo. SImilar Pile On The Miles promo at Delta, btw. Please note, however, you have to have 4 different partners -- and dining only counts as one, no matter how many dines you have -- before you get any Pile On The Miles bonus at all.)

warning... math question ahead
so i'm taking advantage of the "taste of vip" bonus and the "MTW x2" bonus.
so i get the normal 3mi/$, but what's the order of the math?
(3mi/$ + 2mi/$) * 2 = 10mi/$
or
(3mi/$ * 2) + 2mi/$ = 8mi/$
i know it's not a huge difference, but its just something i've been wondering about.

i just got an email promoting the dine like a vip bonus which says
"that's 6 miles per dollar, plus an additional two miles per dollar when you register for the Taste of VIP bonus! "
so that answers that question.

I got the NW offer of 2 extra miles after $30. I'm VIP there (11 dines in '09 already) and had already signed with DL, where I'm basic, figuring 3+2 with DL during the promotion would be the same as what I'd get for NW. Now with the NW offer, NW will still get me more, and I've done one DL dine to help with their Pile on the Miles. I'm hoping that when Worldperks goes away entirely, my better status with NW will carry over to DL's program.

Delta promo clarification/update
If you go over the threshold on your first dine, you will get the extra miles for the extra spending on that dine. I went $3 over, later receiving a "You have received bonus miles!" message -- all six (6) miles -- woo hoo!
