If you love the Cherry Blossom, you should be there just at the right time. It is a beauty to behold, and the Japanese go out and promenade under the trees and picnic.

If it helps give you some ideas, I've just posted the itenary we followed back in 2015 for a 14 day Easter trip to Japan in the The QR week(end) HND/NRT travel thread (2017)

Booked last week but only finding this thread now!

Me and a mate are booked:

AMS-HND 15/11/17
HND-AMS 21/11/17

and will be overnight in AMS on the 14th on the way out (inbound on BA from LHR).

I'm booked on AMS-HND 12th of October and NRT-AMS 18th of October. Heading on to OKA, but have a 23 hour stopover in Tokyo on the way back.

just did BHX-HND and NRT-PIS a week or so ago, and I found that service on the Japan routes were markedly better..... maybe i just had two very wonderful crew on those flights! wish i took advantage of this fare ;~;

So, I have booked for 2 from May 13th to May 23th from AMS and would like ask you guys, how certain this booking is! Do I need to worry, that Qatar Airways will cancel my booking because the price was "wrong"?
Do they even have that option anymore, considering that I have booked over a week ago?

Would love to meet up with some of you!
That might be a tad early for Kyoto and Tokyo. But there will still be loads of places to see the Cherry Blossoms. Just be ready to change your viewing spots based on the development.

Though this site is in Japanese the graphics are usually fairly easy to understand for when to go where. First map to be published during the 22nd Japan time.
