I would like to see the PDF of this, as well. I have no problem handing these out when I'm out and about. I live in Jax and we have the scanners here. Luckily, I know which line to get in to avoid them, but most people aren't that aware.
I'm sure it's been bantered about on here but I think Ben Franklin's quote sums it up nicely: Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty or safety.
Also, if anyone is thinking about doing a mass flyer distribution - PM me. I sell printing for a living and can offer folks who are doing this some extremely discounted prices for a good cause like this!

If I may make a few suggestions for improvement however.
On #1, I think the part about informed consent is written at too high of a grade level. Few people who don't have a college education will understand the meaning of "informed consent", and many non-native speakers will not either, IMO.
On #2, maybe put checks in the boxes on the list.
I like #3 a lot, but I would add more of an emphasis on health risks.
Alternatively, what about doing a tri-fold format? This would give much more room for both texts and pictures as well as make it easier to hand out.
I can't wait to print out a few of these next time I fly to hand out.

#1: This design can target an educated audience (wiser)?
#2: Not all outcomes may take place. When printed, check a few boxes?
#3: The backscatter X-ray risks are clearer than the active millimeter wave risks. Is there more information?
For a tri-fold format, additional content is needed. Is double-sided printing doable?

I have attached a tif file that I am happy for you to use. The image is as received from Rapiscan, the larger images I have displayed in art exhibitions where created by increasing the contrast and placing the image through a barrel scan. For your purposes you are probably better using the original low-res image supplied by Rapiscan.
For your information: - The image was created in 2006 at a security trade fair in earls court, London. I was scanned in a public place waring a heavy gray suite, shirt, and tie. I was given permission, by Rapiscan, to be scanned for an artwork i was creating [ see 'Self Portrait using Backscatter Radiation' - http://www.rupture.co.uk/Self_portrait.html ].
Do you object to us trying to get this image into the mainstream media to raise awareness to the level of detail in these images.
No. I feel that the public should be involved in the widest and most informed discussion about the use of these sorts of technology.
If you agree to let us use your image, do you or do you not want your name or other credit embedded?

I agree about a tri-fold format. When someone is reading the inside, the cover of the tri-fold can be seen by anyone walking by.
So, if you had a big headline like, "What the TSA isn't telling you..." that will grab the attention of someone sitting across from someone who is reading the inside of the tri-fold.
Tri-folds are also easier to leave on a table, chair, etc.
As for more content for the tri-fold, documentation of the claims. Use a URL shortening agent (like tinyurl.com) to list this link: http://www.npr.org/assets/news/2010/05/17/concern.pdf which documents concerns about the radiation from back scatter WBIs.

We put up with these "URL shortening" services due to limitations of some technology, but in general, they break the Web. Please think carefully before using them. They are generally inappropriate for print.
