What are you trying to login to? Fortune Wings or Hainan Airlines?
How is it failing?
(both working here...)

Just as a reference: I use the Card Number and password to log-in.
Also, do you see/get a VERIFICATION CODE box, like in this picture when logging in? Need to click "Click to get" and then put the 4-digit code in the "Verification Code" box.

I often struggle with the two, but can login at least. They're just not very good sites, at least not the English versions.

Finally got in!
My problem was: the autofill from my 1Password. For whatever reason, typing the credentials in manually fixed the problem.
Did two more transfers to IHG from two accounts. Maxed out for the month.
Great tech Fortune Wings!

I've booked SFO-LAX AS with hainan miles before by doing it over email. The fees were more than expected though, iirc something like $36 per flight.

I’ve still got almost 35000 points that I’ve managed to extend twice by donating a point. They expire September 1 and I’ve been trying for a month to donate again but it doesn’t work for me this time. I can’t even log in now because I don’t know the password and face recognition no longer brings it up automatically. I’ve tried emailing but get no response. Does anyone have any email addresses or phone numbers that work? I would have used the points by now for either hotel rooms for flights on Alaska Airlines but that can’t be done online. Thanks in advance.

If your mobile phone cannot receive verification codes, you can change your password by calling our hotline +86-898-95339 (based on rates for international calls).

Thanks. I’ll try it tonight. I may buy an international calling card plan and use that to call. I joined some plan last night that allowed one free call and called that number but I got a recorded message saying that the person wasn’t accepting calls. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck with a legitimate calling plan

I was on hold last night for 30 minutes before FWC took my call. They wanted me to send them photo of my passport page in order to change password, which I immediately did. I haven’t received a call or email from them in the 11 hours since sending the photo, so I called them again. After being on hold for 60 minutes, my$10 balance on my international phone card ran out. Does anyone want my almost 35000 FWC Points? I’m not going to be able to access account before September 1

It gets more bizarre. I just got an email from FWC stating that they want a photo of my passport (which I sent about 15 hours ago), and showed the first 6 numbers. They dont match the numbers on my current passport, which was issued in 2020; I just sent an email back t them, stating that the only time that I flew Hong Kong Airlines was in March 2019. So, they have my expired passport number on file. I ended with them to just donate some miles from my account, while we get my ownership of the account worked out. Ill post their response
