I’ve still got almost 35000 points that I’ve managed to extend twice by donating a point. They expire September 1 and I’ve been trying for a month to donate again but it doesn’t work for me this time. I can’t even log in now because I don’t know the password and face recognition no longer brings it up automatically. I’ve tried emailing but get no response. Does anyone have any email addresses or phone numbers that work? I would have used the points by now for either hotel rooms for flights on Alaska Airlines but that can’t be done online.
