LHR - JFK (BA, fortunately before catering brouhaha)
JFK - MIA (AA)
MIA - BGI (AA)
BGI - MIA (AA)
MIA - NAS (AA Eagle - bought separately)
NAS - FLL (AA Eagle - bought separately)
FLL - LAX (AA)
LAX - SFO (AA - bought separately)
SFO - HNL (AA)
HNL - ITO (HA - bought separately) *I'm at this point now*
ITO - HNL (HA - bought separately)
HNL - SYD (QF) *not looking forward to this one*

I was originally ticketed to travel SFO - LAX - KOA - HNL but changed my hotel in Hawaii; it was worth paying the US$75 reissue fee and picking up a bargain with HA's F inter-island promotion.
