Can someone with a CDC card get a coronapas? Or is the CDC card acceptable? I'll be there in January.

Denmark doesn’t have a "national COVID certificate application platform" such as this Swiss website:

https://www.covidcertificate-form.admin.ch/foreign

And I don’t know how the Swiss system verifies the foreign vaccination status.

In Denmark, there are a few doctors whose online service for a fee is directed at people abroad who have a Danish CPR-number and a Danish NemID, so not for tourists.

The American CDC vaccination card is generally accepted around Denmark. Enjoy your trip!

I've had no problem doing whatever I want in Denmark using the good old paper CDC card. And that's from the very beginning of Denmark accepting CDC cards as proof of vaccination against Covid-19 to present.

If wanting to use a CDC card to get an electronic coronapass from a European country and you happen to be a visiting non-European, then it only works for visiting non-Europeans to do the "conversion" acceptance via some other European countries beside Denmark.

Thank you!

A view from the Hay flagship store on the upper floors of Højbrohus, it looks like, just above Café Norden.

First, Denmark has high social and institutional trust compared with other countries (90 percent of Danish people say they have high or moderate trust in the country’s health authorities) along with a high willingness to be vaccinated. Second, Denmark has a low degree of political polarization and misinformation. And third, the country embraces “samfundssind,” a Danish word that loosely translates to “community spirit.” While the country struggles to include every resident in this dictum, especially immigrant populations, Denmark is generally a trusting society with a strong communitarian ethic.

It seems like Denmark is getting closer to having more workplaces that have employees being asked to show proof of vaccination and/or recent test.

Norway is going to be adjusting border entry rules as of this coming Friday (the 26th of November). No word yet on what Denmark may do with adjusting border entry rules.

Is COVID being imported into Norway?

Given the changes to come, I would guess that they have it as a concern but not the only concern. Seems like there would be some health info pre-registration requirement of sort that would be applicable for at least some, but I am not sure about the details.

Arrived in CPH on the 20th. So far experience for dining in and some museums have been to just display the digital version on my phone, havent been asked to show the actual paper card yet.

Do you mean just a photo of your vaccine card on your phone?

I plan on flashing my iOS 15.1 Wallet CDC vaccination card on my next trip. Once or twice at least. :)
