The IATA page for Denmark was updated on April 23, 2021, although with no mention of readmitting spouses of non-resident Danes, and it appears to be because the English counterparts of the Danish pages havent been fully updated to reflect it.

I think vaccinated visitors from Canada will probably be in the same proverbial boat as them in September. I'm looking forward to Air Canada eventually coming back to CPH, but I've booked on SAS for US-CPH.

I've already planned on having vaccinated US family to come to CPH in September to be with me there.

Looks more than likely we'll have to fly via CPH both ways to/from ARN this summer now (currently just the return flight to the US has been changed to ARN-CPH-EWR). I just hope Denmark relaxes their 24-hour requirement for negative test if you have proof of vaccination; maybe make it 72-hour. It certainly would reduce the stress of finding a testing site in the middle of nowhere Sweden.
Edited to add: I would hope anyone not eligible for a vaccine (those under 16 years old) would also be allowed the 72-hour requirement.

Having 48 hours, 3 day or 7 day limits for testing is much easier to plan than 24 hour test requirements. Ironically perhaps, I have more concerns with pulling off the 24-hour Covid-19 testing requirement for my US-CPH flights this quarter than I do with pulling off Covid-19 testing requirements for my Sweden-CPH-US and CPH-US trips this quarter.

Foreigners habitually resident abroad

"You are the spouse, live-in partner, parent etc. of a Danish national resident abroad and you enter Denmark together
You can enter Denmark if you are the spouse, live-in partner, fianc, sweetheart, parent, stepparent, sister, brother, stepsister, stepbrother, grandparent, stepgrandparent, child, stepchild, grandchild or stepgrandchild of a Danish national resident abroad and you otherwise have a legal right to enter Denmark. You must enter Denmark together with your Danish family member.
IATA having todays date for Denmark has not yet been updated to reflect this.

"Persons travelling to Denmark from yellow countries are from 21 April 2021 no longer subject to requirements to isolate after entry."
Mandatory testing and 10-day isolation for persons entering Denmark
https://en.coronasmitte.dk/rules-and...nts-upon-entry
"Yellow countries
Iceland
Country categories
https://en.coronasmitte.dk/rules-and...n-of-countries
It sure would be nice to bypass the quarantine by staying in Iceland for a couple of days if that is what it means!

Where, where? I just see If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19:
Who is required to test and isolate when entering Denmark?

Given the entry rules for vaccination, I guess Baby Swede still might need a negative test because her second shot is scheduled for June 2 (and we'll transit CPH on June 15).

If Denmark goes the way of Iceland, Denmark may condition this on there being at least 14 days after the vaccine regimen's second/final shot.
June 2nd shot to June 15th arrival seems like it could potentially pose a problem to meet the vaccination requirement. So it'll either be test requirement or no-go.
The Swedish infection scene for children is not pretty right now, so it's to be seen what Denmark decides to do about Swedish kids in the weeks and month ahead.

I'm hoping that Denmark will permit entry of vaccinated people and that I'll be able to be vaccinated soon. I've not been able to go to Denmark since they closed the border for Swedish people last year. I suppose it's possible to cheat your way into Denmark by taking the train across the bridge with a flight ticket somewhere and then run off somewhere instead of entering the airport, but I don't like the idea of tricking the border guards. I didn't get any fastelavnsboller this year and I'm missing the snderjysk spegeplse.
