Denmark’s Covid website has now added this English translation (in place of my question mark):

Foreigners habitually resident abroad
https://en.coronasmitte.dk/rules-and...esident-abroad

"You are the spouse, live-in partner, parent etc. of a Danish national resident abroad and you enter Denmark together

You can enter Denmark if you are the spouse, live-in partner, fiancé, sweetheart, parent, stepparent, sister, brother, stepsister, stepbrother, grandparent, stepgrandparent, child, stepchild, grandchild or stepgrandchild of a Danish national resident abroad and you otherwise have a legal right to enter Denmark. You must enter Denmark together with your Danish family member.”

IATA having today’s date for Denmark has not yet been updated to reflect this.
