Neither does my wife like to fly them, but she's on the naughty list for buying full BA fare tics (AF is almost half the fare) down to LCY, so is AF.Cityjetting it down to LCY for a while. (Hope she enjoys the Serviceair sh*tehole at EDI ;-)

I was on the phone with CO last night about status matching. The nice gentleman (Robert, I think, was his name) said that if I waited until early June (he said perhaps after the 5th or 6th) that status would indeed last until 2012.
I don't like how inflexible they are about not matching *A status (I'm a frequent business and personal flyer moving to a city that is not serviced by US, but is by CO), but Robert couldn't have been nicer about it. |

Delta does generally not match to a level higher than Gold. A friend of mine is a US CP and was also matched to Gold. Fair enough.
