It's been almost 4 days since I placed the order, but BA e-store history is still not showing any order. Should I be worried? Who can I call to ask?

I was wondering if people might know what some of the best redemptions are for avios. I know travel within the Americas is probably the best deal, but are there any other international routes that wouldn't have a huge surcharge?

Just checked today, and I'm finally seeing all 36x points pending.

Previous times I was missing the "Nordstrom Bonus Avios", but it's there now. I've received half of my order, with the other half expected to deliver by tomorrow.
