36 British Airways Avios Per Dollar Spent at Nordstrom (Expired)

My 2/5 purchases are still pending, and 2/10 purchases are still only at 24x.
I wonder if the remaining 12x is a lost cause. The T&C state:
Sounds like they could easily claim the 36x was an error and withhold it.

36x only for first purchase
I contacted BA shopping mall customer service since I was missing Nordstrom Bonus 12x line. This is what they told me:
"We are sorry but we are unable to credit the Avios you requested to your account. In order to earn the triple Avios for Nordstrom, the transaction would have had to have been your first qualifying purchase at the British Airways eStore of more than $50 in a single transaction. This transaction was not your first purchase using the eStore, therefore triple Avios were not awarded at the time."
I made a purchase using ba shopping portal back in 2010 at some other store. I'll be returning most of the stuff...

Here's the response to my inquiry. 50 Days! That's nearly two months just to see points pending. At this rate I won't get to use the miles until this fall.

when did you place the order? My 24x bonus points have been posted, but not the 12x for the purchase, which was still pending in the estore account.

Nordstrom has open return policy, If you need to buy another purse and shoes, go ahead and buy. If you want to keep the points wait 60 days/2 billing cycles before thinking of returning. let the dust settle.

I have my points 36X pending from 2/8 purchase. Part of my order is still backordered. I guess that could be the reason for delay.
