If this gets honored, it's a deal even if I get to use only outbound.

BTW, if you book Refundable Fare via expedia.com ($766), what's the change fee? Would I have to go through expedia.com to do this?

Either way, I have 24 hours to decide whether to keep or drop.

This occurred around 1:25 am EST as I was testing exactly the same dates in between. Now back to the stratospheric $5000ish fares. Managed to get my C fares in the last minute.

Decided to skip this one. Had I not jumped on TKs false advertising I wouldve booked. Good luck to all!

Cloud 9 Deluxe is gone but I am still seeing Cloud 9 Restricted (D) for 25K Bhat, so this is not completely dead on ET's website. Has anyone tried and booked through ET?

I am curious if I have to go through expedia.com to change my flight, looking at ET's booking it says changes permitted.

How will this help with UA 2MM? Doesn't that require traveling on UA metal?

ETA: Never mind, already discussed upstream.

I was looking at this for early next year, but it sounds kinda brutal to fly from sunny Thailand to Toronto in January. On the other hand a direct turnaround sounds quite brutal as well, especially with the long layovers in ADD.

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a mileage run?
