6.6k needed ex-PHL/NYC

Would love some creative help to get 6,628 miles for MVPG requal. Home base is PHL but EWR/JFK okay too. Weekends preferable, before 12/19.

There are a few PHL-LAX-PHL fares for $257 and can probably nest something between the 9:36am arrival and 8:55pm red-eye back. But so far, I can't find any combo less than $500 without a second transcon run. Partners okay as well. Thanks!

9vska I don't think there is something good to nest. I looked at SFO turns and could only get up to about 6,000 EQM. Take a look at Juno trips. There are some good ones that will get it done in a single simple trip. Good luck ^

Little dangerous on the international turn, but if you have a passport and some legs, I bet it can be done. 6685 miles

SEA --> BOS is pretty cheap. You could do a couple of those which would get you 9900 miles. then you could do a cheap flight down to SAN and back

Trying for MVP Gold as well. I only need 1500 to go but procrastinated on booking cheap flights.

Departure Airport: SEA
Miles Needed: 1500
Required Spend or Budget: hoping under $150
Available Travel Dates: Dec 17-31
Required Metal or Codeshares: AS only

I did some research and am mostly looking for improvement with regards to balancing price and/or time over:

SEA -> PDX -> RDM -> SEA on 12/25 for ~$151

I saw a few SEA -> EUG -> PDX -> SEA at ~$142, but those ate up my day.

Thanks!

Ok, newbie with some of this, I just did award travel and I know it would not go to award miles, but for some reason thought my award travel would go to segments or EQM. With that I am now short. I booked a PDX-SEA-BOS-LAX-PDX that will get me over 6k miles, but still need some more before end of year.

Departure Airport: PDX
Miles Needed: 2630
Required Spend or Budget: flexible, but hopefull < $300
Available Travel Dates: Dec 8, 9, 17, 18, 28-31
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: ???

Thanks, Jonathan

FYI... I saw PDX-SJC on 12/17 for $49 one way, but that will still leave you short.

Jonathan, I found a ~$219 AS ticket for DEC17-DEC18 that should be around 3000 miles, however, there is a downside of an overnight at Denver. Should be PDX -> SEA -> DEN -> SEA -> PDX

Flights numbers were
12/17: AS 2642, AS 618
12/18: AS 369, AS 2377

EQM Chart for AS Routes

Mileage plan member since the the days of the gold ingots!

It's been years since I needed to do a year end mileage run to keep MVP status but I'm short 11,000 miles this year and looking for EQM mileage chart. Is there one posted here somewhere? I usually do a RT SEA-BOS and done but this is first time I've been so short. Also, do money and miles award tickets still earn EQM? Thank you.

Cheers!

P.S. Any ideas welcome. I'm very flexible out of Seattle Dec 4 - Dec 22. My only preference is AS metal.

Wanna go to Costa Rica tomorrow!? It's $440 with a return on Wednesday for 7350 EQM. Then you could add a mid-con r/t like OKC on the 12th $282 or MCI on the 18th $312.

The cheap transcons outta SEA seem to be all but gone, but there are some JFK dates on the 12th-13th.

I think you are talking about the earning chart? The AS one is here
Yes, money & miles earn EQM: Money&Miles

This Status Calculator tool has been absolutely invaluable to me the last two years in planning and achieving MVPG:

Thanks, I booked it! The flight gets in late and returns early. May try to get a few hours at a hotel. The PDX-SEA will get 500 EQM min each way and the SEA-DEN is 1,024 which will put me over.
