Here's the UA master page listing airline partners. If you click on a partner logo, you'll see a page containing a chart showing the yield for flights taken on partner metal. (It even says explicitly that it's the metal that counts: "The award miles accrued on codeshare flights are based on the operating carrier and their equivalent fare class.")

Mine messes up when trying to put in the phone number... using 001 (country code) will get me to the credit card screen, but will error at the end. Using one of the selections for the country code (ie. Denmark) will give me an error prior to the credit card screen.
What are you using for phone numbers now?

The deal is dead though, so once you put in the +1, you're not going to see the credit card screen.

In the unlikely event WF honors these, we're going to have the biggest FT Do of all time in Milan over the US holiday weekend. (Imagine the perplexity of the locals, suddenly beset by all these pasty-looking FFP geeks on a normally sedate winter weekend....)
