Available from 29th Dec, returning throughout Jan to the end of Feb, I didnt check beyond that so YMMV.
Please note the cheap fare only departs MAN and arrives LHR.

Fare Code: IFLEXEU - €115 change fee in each direction, 75% refundable before date of outbound sector.
Business Saver
Changes are permitted, subject to certain limitations, against a change fee within the time of validity of the ticket. Please check exact time of validity at the Finnair office.
The change fee is EUR 115 per direction.
If the ticket is changed to a higher fare, the difference between the fares is also charged.
A service fee is applied for changes.

The $682 (o/w ++) fare is for NYC to Lisbon. For CPH it's $782 (o/w ++). Not sure why the fares are especially ow for these two cities. For most other cities the fares are similar to fares being offered by United, except United requires a 21 day advance purchase.

£1712 is just over AUD $3,000 so this equates to roughly $4.70 per sc which is not too bad. Great for those in Europe needing to travel to Australia.
