Grrrrr.....I knew it was waaaaay too good to be true.

Thanks for giving us a heads up guys before anyone actually booked it.

I had the same "OMG" reaction using ITA to find J fares LAX-SYD. I tried sending a "feedback" message to ITA but it bounced with a server error note.

austrian J fare (from CDG, LYS, NCE)

hi all,

austrian posted another nice J fare starting from CDG, LYS, or NCE to NRT,NYC,PEK,DXB,DEL, or IAD for 1390E. using the promo austrianwinter it drops down to 1200E.

3 days minimum stays or a saturday night. pretty good for a MR to NRT for 1200E gets you 30K miles (including the M&M exec bonus) so about 4cts/mile.

hope this might be useful to some of us, as i am already booked on the last austrian offer to pek in jan. I guess i could do a long weekend in nrt in feb.

Sample route: SAN-LAX-MIA-GYE-MIA-LAX-SAN for $1830 all-in. Hope someone can use it.
Better deals if you just want to travel to Nicarguaga or Guatemala.

Have a look here; you can then filter the offers by selecting "BUSINESS CLASS OFFERS" in the drop-down box called "Special Name".

ITA is not always accurate with booking code and class of service matching.
Same problem with AF "A" booking class : "First class" for ITA but "premium economy" only

A used to be F award until recently. I wish they wouldn't recycle fare classes.

There are only 26 letters in English alphabet. @:-) I have seen some consolidator fares on some Asian airlines book into @ class lately. Maybe we will see #/%/$/&/^ classes soon.
