  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

The RJ fares were around last year at about the same price if not ~10% lower. CMB is another favorite destination. If one wants to get to BKK (and get more points/miles), the OW BC fares are not bad. I paid $260 or so KUL-BKK which was cheaper than back of the bus on TG and MH.

MH prices out at £1650ish to BKK. Not as much of a bargain but you do get the A380.

CDG-BKK shows up at ~1590 euro on RJ.com, but errors out on Orbitz. Haven't tried other OTAs.
Got it to price out on Kayak CDG-BKK with a number of OTAs for £1238 sample dates 19-29/11

Oh, if only the routing rules were that liberal. I think it only works with one transfer each way, so EWR is the best bet on a CPM basis.

I was able to price it @ $817, decent availability.

From the fare rules:

UNLIMITED TRANSFERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT
FARE BREAK SURFACE SECTORS NOT PERMITTED AND EMBEDDED
SURFACE SECTORS PERMITTED ON THE FARE COMPONENT.

Looks like UA, LH, and SN have posted matching fares. You can do EWR-FRA-BRU on LH, for example.
