  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

These prices were out there awhile. I picked up a TPA-IAH-AMS-IAH-TPA on 6/22 for Thanksgiving at these prices.

Since mid-June they were out, ~$1,500 from the East Coast and ~$2,000 from the West Coast. Books into P on UA/*A, Z on DL/ST, I on AA/OW.

If the fare was an S-UP fare if would have been a fare ending in WNUP

that is a distinct possibility. When I checked EF it was listed but not as an UP fare

DL confirmation emails don't have the WNUP identifying quite frequently.

Sure:
MAD-SFO Aug-14 to Aug-21 or Aug-12 to Aug-19, 1682 EUR.

MAD-SEA Aug-20 to Aug-27, 1722 EUR.

Is it OK to post where I find this fare?

^^ Found it in usairways.es (usairways.com has different pricing... maybe PoS-related?)

I'm seeing MAD-DFW for €1575 on US, which is a great fare. Never flown US but may well give it a shot at that price.

Edit: Just looked at the product... think I'll leave it!

Found a nice holiday fare;

CPH-IST-BKK-SGN (return) for €1,888 on TK (J Class). May work from other European airports as well (e.g. ARN €1,827).

Not sure how J credits to particular airlines, but seems like a nice biz fare during a busy period.

Sample dates: 21 Dec 2013 - 7 Jan 2014 (on ITA)

Wow. I'm new to this but when I used the ITA matrix to replicate the above, I got EUR1272 with wide open availability over December and January.

It seems wide open, including in April, and in Business.

I used the monthly search feature on ITA, beginning 1 December, and it's available every day. See here and here.

Are you looking at one way fares though? The original fare I posted was return.
