Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue
Arrival Date - January 21
Departure Date - January 22
Marriott Rate - $ 159/night.
I found a rate of $ 122/night but they had a 3 day cancellation policy and Marriott's rate can be cancelled till the day before. Based on this Marriott did not approve the LNF.
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea

I found a rate of $ 110/night but they have a 3 day cancellation policy and Marriott's rate can be cancelled for 1 day after making the reservation. Not sure how the LNF works when the other websites cancellation policy is more flexible. I will probably send it in and report back.
The following two would work as well (same dates) -

Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square - Marriott rate $ 179/night

I have tried all codes available here in FT and looked in several websites, but wihtou success - all prices seem to be aligned. So if someone could shed some light, I'd appreciate it:

Munich Courtyard - City East
Not sure why the rate is so high 120 euros at this hotel - Courtyard City East (next to Residence Inn), when the occupancy rate is almost 35%.
I thought they had a rate of 49 euros as travel industry rate.
Anyone stayed here and can they shed some light on it?

they usually have a E65 weekend rate but for now I guess they're not loaded into the system

have been looking for a qualifying comparison rate for multiple dates (as Feb 29th or April 16th or 17th) at the Ren Bochum Germany. All the usual suspects didn't come up with anything under 123 (=best rate at marriott.com). Any idea how to beat it?
