Thanks for the heads-up. I received the 25,000 offer - and I always use Visa, so switching several reservations.

I can not find the promotion anywhere. Am I blind or did I get forgotten. The only promo I see is the meeting promo which is no good for me as I am not a meeting planner.

Strange, I don't have the promotion listed either. Probably wait another day and then call Marriott Rewards to see what happened.

Go to the "My Account" page and on the top right-hand corner is the Promotion Status box. You should be able to see it from there.
BTW, I also received the 35K for 20 nights promo. I have a possible trip to Cairo in November. If that makes, I should easily get my 20 nights on that trip alone. ^

One interesting note on this promotion:
I didn't have to "register" by clicking some button on the offer page. It seems I was "pre-registered"...

I also received the 25,000 Marriott Rewards bonus points when you stay a total of 15 Visa®-paid nights at Marriott offer. ^
FWIW, for those that do not yet see the MegaBonus offer, the FAQ states the following:
This leads me to believe that since the offical registration start date isn't until Sep 11, they may well be loading these offers during nightly batch processing and many have not yet been loaded. I would be patient and hopefully an offer will appear by Sep 11. I am also going to go back after the 11th and try to reregister since the FAQ indicates that you cannot register until then.
FWIW, for those that do not yet see the MegaBonus offer, the FAQ states the following:
Do stays made prior to registration count toward the promotion?
Yes, as long as you register during the promotion time frame of September 11, 2007 through January 18, 2008 and your previous stays are between September 23, 2007 and January 18, 2008.

I got the 20/35K promo. I was pre-registered and I stumbled across it on my account activity page.
Last year, I had kinda slipped but they kept me at plat anyhow. The Spring megabonus just offered 15/25K, but when I called they told me that, as a plat, they'd keep track and if I hit the 20 nights they'd add in the additional 10K.
I did and they did. Big smiles all around.
In my current location, the only local Marriott is a Fairfield Inn and I get their big suite about half the time, so this one is going to be a pleasure.

Im somewhat in the same boat but plan on doing a pure bamboozle for receipts by giving my corporate AMEX up front when I check in and let them slide the AMEX receipt under the door the morning of checkout which will be turned in for expense reporting. A quick trip to the front desk to reverse the charges on the AMEX and charge my Visa should give me credit for the promo. That should work since my Corporate card is not direct billed but comes to me which I pay with the reimbursement money.
Has anyone done anything like that?

An alternative option is paying the majority of the bill with your corporate card, but charging a small personal amount to your room (movie, bottle of water, etc.) and paying it with a separate card (in this case a personal VISA) LAST at checkout will have the desired effect.

Me too! What's up with that?!?

First of all, I was going to try to plan my wedding at a Marriott, and I filled in this elaborate form online and submitted it, but never got a call back. So if they're not interested, I'm not going to beg... (I went with someone who did respond.)
Then, even though I'm signed up to get some emails from Marriott, I haven't gotten one in MONTHS. I double checked, and according to my account settings, I should still get those emails (nothing changed)
Now, no fall megabonus promotion, just the retarded Event Planner promotion that I tried to take advantage of, but they clearly didn't want my business.
Boooooooo!
