Hopefully I didn't give the wrong impression. I'm not going to do any of the leg work for this. :)
If someone can find out who to contact/terms, then I could set it up and do the collection, order and distribution. |

Okay, color me confused, because it sounds to me like you said that you would not do the leg work and you would do the leg work in the very same posting!

:) I have no idea who to call/what the term are/the process. If someone figures that out then I would happily take over. So I guess I'm not going to do the upfront leg work but will do the back end leg work.

Just curious - I'm not willing to do any legwork or anything else given I can count on zero fingers the times I've used BB (cuz the one time I legit got one I forgot it in the hotel room) & on 5 fingers the PPs.
Are we talking the BBs that have the restrictions like only on weekends & btw expire shortly? And while someone posted 50-100 is minimum purchase & while I'm not a mathematical genius, I'm kind of guessing the discount on the 50-100 quantity isn't that much compared to the companies like Delta & HP that probably buy in the hundreds if not thousands, so who knows if it's even worth it for us to start up a small consortium ;) Cheers. |

M11 or M12 rates. |

I agree--- with the price going up, I would guess that the $100BB are going for about $60 or so. Add the paypal (credit card) fees/shipping/etc, I would guess they would go for about $70. Is it worth all the effort to save $30, PLUS you need the regular room rate to use them. No AAA or Senior Rate or
M11 or M12 rates. As far as what they sell for, I am betting it is a lot less than $60. Geico Privildges was selling them for $20 each, which means they were buying them for less than that! |

Oh yes, I heartily agree, but far less than the $60 figure that was suggested above. If Geico was selling them for $20, that means they were buying them for $10 to $15 each per $100 BB. My guess is for 100 BB at $100 face value, the price would be somewhere between $25 and $35 each, but I would be in shock if the price for 100 was anywhere close to even $50 each when buying 100 at a time.

Stacking an EEO with a Bonus Buck Certificate
Did a search and struggled to find a direct answer on this. I have a few Bonus Bucks certificates that I am looking to burn. If I stay at a JW, Marriott FS, or Renaissance over a weekend and take advantage of the EEO offer...can I then also use a Bonus Buck certificate to deduct another $100 off the total bill? Thanks in advance.
|
Unless you are staying 4 nights, technically no. However, there have been reports of hotels accepting them both.....
|
YMMV, but don't bank your reservations on it. Think of it as an added bouns if they do. About 90% of the time, I have successfully been able to do so, but I don't argue if they don't, depends on who is at the front desk.
|
As stated, technically they aren't "stackable". Pulled from the T&Cs of the EEO cert: "Offer cannot be combined with any other discount rates (except rates mentioned in line item #10), certificates, coupons, Advance Purchase, government, negotiated corporate, or group convention rate for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night stays."
And a Bonus Buck would be considered a "certificate", so they aren't supposed to be used together. |
I'm planning to use my free $100 Renaissance Savings Coupon in conjunction with the EEO for a 3 night stay at the Renaissance New York Hotel 57 next month. I hope they'll accept it.

I think I remember this coming up before and the Marriott Concierge even gave feedback...I thought as long as you have 2 paid nights, you are able to use the BB even in conjunction with the EEO???
