Like other, I am earning Marriott Rewards Points, not (airline) miles. I am by the way full aware of this problem, and double checked, if this was changed by accident

I'm currently in the system for the 40K/20 nights, but I have a large trip planned (~20 nights). Can I request the 50k/25 nights version? If so, how would I do that?

For those having trouble with the website...
I was able to register on the phone through the automated system

1 801 468 4000 (8:15am - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday,
US Eastern time)
1 800 450 4442 (toll-free, 24 hours/7 days per week)
Please note: the toll free number is an automated line.

Any idea why some of us are having trouble? The only thing I could come up with is that maybe it won't let us register if we haven't fulfilled the MegaBonus from Q4? I've only got three stays of the four max for that promotion.

I think it may have to do with current promotions as well

Ending 12/31
Meetings Matter - 3x points for meetings
Triple Miles - 3x Delta Miles for stay

I reiterate, I'm earning points right now, but maybe the current promos not ending until 12/31 makes a difference?

So maybe for the most recent Megabonus you can't be registered for two at once?

I'm not sure that is the problem as I am signed up for both right now.

In fact, I'm finishing up a stay today that should get me some nice Megabonus points. ^ And I was still able to sign up for 2011 Winter/Spring Megabonus yesterday.

Same here. No problem with new offer (although I was not auto-registered) and still completing first one.

I am currently a MR Gold, but will be Platinum by years end. Should I wait to register unless Plat takes effect, hoping the offer will change?
