BKK Marriott honored their vouchers until the end of 2011, notwithstanding rebranding in August................ no reply from Gold TH as how CY's will handle reservations made after 1 Apr.......... will advise if I get a reply

BTW, Marriott website reconfirmed CY's are going bye-bye

I had the gold card this year, just about to run out.

I think the 16 uses for dining thing is a new criteria - certainly my current card doesn't have any scratch off thingies and I've used it way more than 16 times for dining discount.

That would certainly be a reduction in benefits.

"Marriott Gold Thailand Membership Benefit 2010-2011
Local Food &Beverage Benefits MEMBERSHIP CARD

no sweat.........very small print and you should find the 16 little boxes on the back of your card just below the black magnetic strip

Hi,

Has anyone managed to find out about the future of "Club Marriott" as it's going to be known with the withdrawal of almost half of the hotels from the program next year?

If anyone is interested, I have most of the Phuket fixed rate certificates that I will not be using that expire on 31 March 2012. Ideally this would be a trade for a Bangkok certificate, but since I won't use them anyway, they are available to anyone who can put them to good use.

I also have a few 50% off rack rate vouchers. PM me.

I emailed to the address I got in an email saying it would be a ClubMarriott, but have had no reply a week later. My card is about to expire...
Maybe the programme is finished?
