Have tried multiple devices/browsers and nothing works. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I called in and got a bunch of “Bonvoy speak” regarding internet and reservations. I guess they’ll get it worked out before year end. I do wish someone would own it- very frustrating to your best customers.

The most frustrating part of this is Marriott's unwillingness to communicate there is an issue. Not to us and not internally.
The 'Lurker' here seems to have abandoned the thread after making the knee jerk recommendations which are not the cause of the problem.
I've documented the issue and sent it to the champion email. They responded to me once and asked for additional information, which I supplied, and that was the last I heard of it.
Not only can I not seem my res, the Ambassador's cannot see them as well. I had to provide all my confirmation number for my upcoming trip for my Ambassador to be able to contact the hotels for me.
Marriott as a corporation really has just one job to do 'provide a reservation system'

Same issue here. Was able to cancel reservations via app (also getting the red banner) and received cancellation email, however, they still show in list of active reservations. Annoying.

Check the SNA (Suite Night Award) General Discussion and Question Thread -- it's a known issue that you can't apply SNAs to prepaid/nonrefundable rates. You may have luck with the workaround they have listed in the wiki there

You can still make and cancel reservations as long as you know your confirmation number. You just cannot pull up all future, or cancelled, bookings under My Trips. I suppose Marriott sees no urgency to fix it.

For someone with about 30 reservations this idea is absurd. I can't make NEW reservations. I just moved a 2K stay to another brand hotel. I will email the GM afterwards with my folio and tell him he lost this b/c of Marriott IT I also am going to start leaving a 1 star review at every Marriott I stay at until this is fixed or I can't stay at b/c of the APP. If Marriott Corporate doesn't care maybe their GM's will.

You can't use your SNA's this way. You also can only see your reservation as it was made. Not after any changes to it...like upgrades.

You are correct.
You can retrieve your reservation, along with potential upgrade, by clicking on confirmation email link.
Yeah, it is cumbersome but most functions still work. You just need to know how to access them. My main concern is that I cannot pull up a list of all my active reservations. I won't know if a zombie pops up back until it is too late.

no you can't use the Android app and pull up the reservations. Only on IOS and desktop. Why I have no clue. Yes there may be a work around and yes you can call and wait to speak to someone, but they can't pull up your reservations without the confirmation # either. The agents can't see the reservation. So they have to look it up date and name. If you want a SNA you have to call and let them read to you the types of rooms are available. they also have to read each price of a room (AAA, SR rate, MR rate) to book a room. This takes HOURS of time that one shouldn't have to waste....
