Well it is getting worse. I cannot pull up existing reservation now even manually.

App has been glitchy for me today (more than usual)... not sure what the issue is. App loads my current stay, but future stay information loads slowly or doesn't show at all. Replicated same issue across two iPhones, separate networks.

I'm not sure what is worse at this point...the fact that this issue is still not resolved after over a week, or the fact that no one at Marriott seems to care.

Hard to say. Year end, as well as first week of January, are the busiest time for IT due to year end processing. We may not see improvement until after crunch time.
