Haven't Been Able to View Current Reservations on App or Web all Day

We’re temporarily unable to display the information you requested.Please try again later.

This is the error I am getting trying to use my suite upgrades. None of my reservations are showing. Anyone else having issues?

Hi jr1202sr,

May we ask you to clear caches, close everything and open up a new fresh internet browser/log out and log in APP to see if the issue persists?

If so, please provide the browser type, APP version, phone model, Marriott Bonvoy account number and screenshot of error message to us via below email address. We would also like to help apply Suite Night Award if you could provide the reservation information.

The website is not displaying my reservations as well. The 'overview' page does not load. I was looking to select my 'annual choice' award to I'd have my suite nights available but that doesn't work. If I use the email link it doesn't bring that up as well.

ETA: I've done this in two different browsers IE and Chrome.

For what it's worth, my overview page with one reservation works fine in Chrome, so this might be a more specific issue to your account.

In the App my res show, but when I open 'trips' I also get a big red banner saying "Error - Unable to Process". I've sent all this to Champion group. Not logging out of the App since this appears to be the only record of my res that I have.

Known issue by Marriott IT I was just told. They have known about it for 2 days. Not impacting everyone but LOTS of accounts are impacted. I tried on IOS, Android and Windows all are failing. App not working either. I can't use my suite awards without calling. Still then you can't see what types of rooms are available. I also have 1 reservation I need to cancel. Have no Clue the date by when I need to do it. Over 48 hours and they can't fix it. I see now they have tried to add this:Can't believe the Lurker wouldn't be aware of it by now, but not surprised by anything Marriott.

I've been having this problem for 2 days now, using chrome, IE or the app. I thought i'd give the "chat with us" function a try, only to get 2 different answers from 2 different agents (known issue...and not a known issue, try a different browser).

Can't you just call to cancel the reservation? Alternatively, do you have the confirmation email from the booking? That should have the confirm number.

Nice. Not like anyone might be traveling for the holidays.

Logged into my wife's account, her's works fine. Used a different computer, as well, to verify no cache issues on my account.

I noticed that the menu on the top of my account does not show and option for 'Trips', while my wife's account does have 'Trips' in the menu bar.

Oddly my res show up on my phone, with some weird error message, so I'm not refreshing the app. I can add my reservation number on the web and it will display but it doesn't give me options to apply suite night awards. I think it's just pulling up the res but not linking into your account.

Obviously super frustrating. I have 5 different res coming up and want to see what my suite night options are at each hotel before I start applying my suite nights.

I've had the same issue since yesterday as well. I've tried IE, Chrome and the IPhone app.

It's an issue for sure, I even called yesterday, and the person told me that they will fill a report. Well see when it will be fixed.

I too am experiencing this. I can't make new reservations, or view my upcoming trips.

My ambassador confirmed that this is a known issue. She can't make new reservations for me either.

Lurker any help here? This is absurd. I can't book rooms now either. WHAT IS GOING ON? NO communication from Marriott at all here...
