You can retrieve your reservation, along with potential upgrade, by clicking on confirmation email link.

Yeah, it is cumbersome but most functions still work. You just need to know how to access them. My main concern is that I cannot pull up a list of all my active reservations. I won't know if a zombie pops up back until it is too late.
