Lower rates and transparency are completely separate issues.

The recession hasn't hit yet! This once-in-a-century Pandemic event has no comparative within the industry. There is demand, bolstered by make-work-programs funded with tomorrow's dollars but prohibition will continue to quell that until there really is no demand.
