Today I have received some thousand more of points
not millions, but some nice thousand, enaugh for some relaxing days at a very good property 😃
I really would like to complain about it, please believe me !

Ok ok me too payed total of $6900 in London property after 20% tax $5700
My stay was long when i check my account saw only 2 nights credited to my account !!
Talk to my Ambassador he add the nights manually then adjust the points from 67k to 190k and of course is totally wrong even with double take maximum should got 150k or mabey im wrong !!
this is my calculations note the double take promotion
5700*15= 85,500
5700*10=57,000
1000 gift
Total approximately 143,500
If wrong can someone confirm that? i well talk to them i feel bad i can't keep them

Looks like the Ambassador calculated for 6900.
6900 * 17.5 = 120750
6900 * 10. = 69000
Gift = 1000
Total = 190750

seriously 20% Tax make a huge difference.. i well send him email to fix it .. I think SPG Ambassadors customer service never do it manually before he was working for SPG before the merger.
