15 days after the merge and my account still shows 0 points! I was planning to book a reward stay for my upcoming vacation next week and that won't be possible now :)

I still have no resolution--combined my accts weeks ago, I see a tripling of the starwood points, which is meaningless to me, and all my marriot points missing--any ideas on my next step? I have called and email and gotten no response...thank you.

All my stays prior to August 18 have posted but the last two stay after July 17 seems to have all the extras and bonuses missing and only showing the base points.

I am also unable to download any of the stays. Hoping that will correct itself in a few weeks...

My points are still missing, and at this stage the people on the phone are surprised to hear it. Seems like it is one of those accounts that has slipped through the cracks. All their emails to IT don't seem to result in anything. Not sure what to do. Looking at almost 150K points here (post conversion).

Anyone else missing Amex points from SPG Biz spend in July/August?

Called Marriott. They know nothing. Called Amex. At first they the CSR said the points had posted then saw that it was flagged as an incorrect transfer.

Expected date of resolution: **12 WEEKS**

Way to go Marriott. Way to go.

Up until today I'd have agreed with that, as none of the emails I sent in the last two months produced a response.

But today I sent an email and got back a message saying "Message undeliverable. Inbox is full", so now they definitely produce some kind of result.
