Thanks for confirming that I'm not crazy*. Pulled a cert from one hotel, availability nationwide seemed to vanish

Anyone have success calling in.

*Well, you didn't quite say that, but at least on this point, I'm not halllucinating.

tried calling and it's down for them too.

i was in the middle of booking when it went down.

I was just coming here to post the same. I wanted to see how far from my daughter's graduation someone would have to stay if they didn't already have a room and found nothing. So I checked Pittsburgh. Then Chicago. Then Des Moines. Nothing.

I was able to cancel award rooms I no longer need, so some functionality is working.

Same for me. I thought maybe they had taken a page out of Radisson's book (using their e-certs is beyond painful).

Is it just me or is the Marriott website the slowest site in the world for what its doing? I have a $2500 gaming computer and the graphics card lights up like I'm mining bitcoin every time I search and click through to reservations. Each step takes forever and ramps up my CPU/GPU. I don't understand.

Has anyone been able to get the flexible date search for points redemptions to work since the Marriott website was updated few days ago. It's always been somewhat hit-or-miss for me, but I'm typically able to get it to display flexible dates points availability eventually. I haven't had any luck in the past few days, however.

Make sure you are logged out. It had not worked forever if you are logged into your account. Still works here if you are not logged in.

I have noticed that several of my reservations do not appear, despite being able to manually "find" them using the confirmation number. These reservations were made online while logged into Marriott.com and still contain my Bonvoy number. One of the reservations not showing is a stay this upcoming weekend.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I do have 50 upcoming reservations, so it is possible it could be the IT not able to handle the ability to load all my upcoming reservations?

This really is the worst website ever made. It is so, so, so, so, so slow. Or, it doesn't work. Or, the same page asks you to log in twice. Or, credit cards aren't saved when you click the box to save them. How do they not fix any of this!? These people are so bad at their jobs, how does nobody notice it's time to clean house?

Worst. Site. Ever.

Of course, at the moment, I can't log in to see anything, and I'm trying to rearrange my trip for this weekend...ugh

The "can't log in now" has been broken for YEARS :mad:
If they really think I'm going to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to log in instead of just booking elsewhere - well maybe we should start a thread about just that so they have some idea of how much they are losing by not fixing the ability to log in and use the website as it was meant to be used!
