Lounge is not open during weekends; 1 terminal with 1 printer; No key access outside lounge hours; Stayed on a weekday so I had no idea about weekend arrangements for elites. May 2014. Malmo Renaissance, Sweden (not sure I wrote it before but no harm in doing it again) Stayed Apr 2014 No lounge, booked 1 room each, 1 G 1 P. Comp brekkie. Plat got arrival gift - 500 pts or 'snacks' (no idea what it is as we always take the points) Both G and P got 2 coupons for 2 snacks (a handful of either chips, sausage, olives or cheese) and 2 drinks (house wine/beer/soda). On Sundays when the bar is closed you can get 2 items from the minibar. |
Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
Lounge is still temporary facility on 2nd floor. Quite reasonable and large Closed Sat and Sun. 1000 points per night in lieu of breakfast in restaurant |
Updated post #1 with a number of new int'l properties that have opened. Went off the properties websites with regards to lounge being open/closed.

I'm at the Pittsburgh Renaissance this weekend. Lounge is closed Saturday and Sunday. I was offered either 750 points a day or coupons for continental breakfast at Braddock's the on-site restaurant. The front-desk clerk stressed that the coupons were only for cold items (and seemed to be pushing me toward the points, which I would have taken anyway).

Had a one night stay this weekend and the lounge was open for breakfast. "We just changed," the front desk advised when I commented it had been closed on a weekend our last visit. I did not check hours for the rest of the day, sorry, but it was open for breakfast Sat & Sun. Does not open until 7:30 am, a little late for us early rising coffee lovers... |
Stamford Marriott the lounge was closed but they said starting next week they will be open.

The executive lounge has been temporarily relocated to a small room on the first floor off of the lobby for approximately the next three weeks according to the attendant. For breakfast, Gold/Plats have access to the restaurant buffet which includes an omelet station.

I was at Las Vegas Marriott til 7/1/14. Confirm--no lounge, full breakfast in restaurant. Slight addition: several times I was asked if I wanted a coffee or other drink to go afterwards.
Nitpicky point, but FWIW: Nevada is out of order in the alphabetization in the master list. V before W. |
