I really hope you're kidding.

To me it's risky enough ordering $7,000 in Cash (thats what it is...) & having it shipped to my own, single family, residential dwelling in a safe, secure neighborhood. There's enough that could go wrong with that alone.

Now you're (apparently) considering sending $7,000 in $1 Coins to some P.O. Box or massive office building that receives hundreds, if not thousands of pieces of mail every day (mostly letters, not several, large, heavy, packages) & then hope & pray that one thing leads to another & your payment processes?

& if thats not enough you're going to put your full Credit Card # on the outside of several packages for god knows how many eyes to see along the way???

My fastest order to date: Ordered on Monday (may 4) scheduled to receive today. And here i was trying to pace myself thinking that it wouldn't come for 2-4 weeks + the notice on the mint's website.

I received a call yesterday from someone by some survey company doing a feedback survey by the US Mint and offering $75 for it. Unfortunately, it was for my wife and she won't do it (since I order everything on her behalf ). If it was for me, I would call the phone number. The company is located within my state (Michigan). I know there are a lot of scams out there but this one sure sounded legit (then again, you never know!).

If you do get it, please do NOT say "I am raking up the miles and I deposit all coins back to my bank as soon as I receive them"!

You can't actually add the last 2 on the page. It just jumps to the top of the page when you click add to cart.

- scratch that, go to the actual coin's page and you can add from there, just not from the page that lists all 6 coins.

*wood amex. 1k of natives. but i think the email that was sent to me might be a glitch? because i saw the email, but didn't bother checking the ups tracking link till just now and it says the tracking # is invalid? my other package of Madison's $500 "arrived" but i wasnt home to pick it up so i'll have to stop by the UPS service center which conveniently is on my way home.

On your 5/6/09 orders, did you place 4 separate orders or 4 boxes on one order. I'm having delay's on large orders and I'm wondering if placing smaller orders might speed up the process.

My average order to receive date is 23 days for NA's and 35 days for Presidents. Most orders were in maximum allowable quantities.

I had an order from last month take about 5 weeks to be shipped. However a large order I placed last week - thinking it would also take a long time to process - was shipped in just a few days.
Hopefully the USMint is catching up on shipments but it may just be random processing.

I just got a tracking number for my order on 6 May (yes, two days ago).

that's norm my first order, 10 NA's were shipped a week later. They emailed me about 2 weeks later when they shipped out the other 10 NA"s and 5 presidents. they also charged me 2 weeks later for the first shipment. I am guessing it's because everything was shipped so they then charged.

Though I ordered 10 NA and 3 presidents on 4/16 and was charged for the 10-NA that i received on thursday. I think that's starting to catch up, or that's me hoping. So I'm still waiting for 3 more presidents and also another 4 that i ordered yesterday since all 5 presidents are in stock.

i received 7500 miles plus extra 1500 bonus for chase continentals milethon. now i just have to plan another vacation (going in less than two weeks) since i have enough miles for international! woohoo! ^
