I've come across two 7-Elevens in my area (NJ) selling Incomm MGCGs (BIN 525362) for $5.95. This is excellent news for me, since I MS gas heavily and I know these cards load to BB at FD (VGC 409758s haven't worked for me at FD for over six months now).
I bought one as a test and was able to immediately load it for the full amount to my ONE card at SCO (still on the temp card).
Bad news is one of the stores also had SSVGCs at $5.95, so it looks like fees at 7-Eleven (and probably Speedways as well) are going up.

Well isn't that interesting...in my almost ten year Manufactured Spending, I've never heard anyone imply that anything past the first six digits of a BIN makes any difference. I'll pay closer attention to that in the future.
In any event, both of these cards had the same BIN+2 (52536240).

Assuming all of the last few DPs are regarding Vanillas, if you use them for less than the full amount they should work fine. I always use them for $498 and leave and $2 (which I then use to partial pay for medical or utility bills or anywhere that isn't WM) and I've never had an issue. When you try to drain them for the full amount is when they get locked as a security precaution.

Typically you'll see language such as:
Card is issued by XYZ, pursuant to blah blah
Card is distributed and serviced by ABC
Ironically both items matter IF you are going to do Money Orders/Discover Check loading at Walmart.
Ideally (IMO) you'd want issued by Pathward, serviced by Incomm in the above cases. Others may have a different opinion.

Well this is a new one
tried the cvs bought pathway / Incomm $500 gc at superstore
$494 + $3 MO fee - no go
$469 + $3 MO fee no go
i had also tried this card 4/5 days ago at another location and it had been declined.
called GC customer service and they said card on hold now and will be sending me new card in 3-5 Biz days. May be 3 denials from same merchant, game over for the gc?
