I liquidated monthly, but there are a bunch I should be award with the statement cutting this week. Hopefully they just award them. Otherwise I need to consider litigation, arbitration, etc. because the value is quite large given where this happened in my cycle. Even US Bank when they shut me down for running the Altitude card out of control on Apple Pay after a few years let it all wind down nicely.

I think that's the point
They turned a liability into an income source. I suspect that they are also paying only 0.01% on the demand deposit account that have all those restrictions.
I'm just surprised that they limited the funding, although limiting the MO deposits makes sense.
All in all, as said, a very dead account.
Unless you want to fund a bank

Well my Walmart One card got shutdown today. I've had the card maybe 3 months. The last month I loaded it much more often. Maybe 25 days of the 30 with about $700 a day at Walmart. Many times 2 separate loads the same day. I usually would transfer right away to my bank account

I don't think that your loads were the problem. Rather, it was your immediate removal of the funds to another account that got you into trouble.
There would be no logical reason for someone to load money into a demand deposit account in order to immediately move it to......tell me if I am wrong.........another demand deposit account at another bank, unless they are doing nefarious things
