any update on how this shook out?

What is the biggest trigger for a shutdown, or a CLD ?

I'm just surprised that they limited the funding, although limiting the MO deposits makes sense.

All in all, as said, a very dead account.

Unless you want to fund a bank
Interesting, I see I have quote alerts, but when clicking on that alert, it takes me to my subscriptions page, nowhere can i find quotes.

I got some new plays, so I sort of forgot about it. I have an attorney looking into it on the back burner.

Well my Walmart One card got shutdown today. I've had the card maybe 3 months. The last month I loaded it much more often. Maybe 25 days of the 30 with about $700 a day at Walmart. Many times 2 separate loads the same day. I usually would transfer right away to my bank account
plas and GranblueF like this.

Sorry to hear it but thanks for the DP.
I don't think that your loads were the problem. Rather, it was your immediate removal of the funds to another account that got you into trouble.

There would be no logical reason for someone to load money into a demand deposit account in order to immediately move it to......tell me if I am wrong.........another demand deposit account at another bank, unless they are doing nefarious things :

I wonder if an immediate billpay would trigger the same concern. It shouldn't look like a withdrawal to another user-owned account. Best to let them make some money off the funds either way, probably...

I do the same thing - I try to give 3 of my 4 banks at least a few weeks (the other one is a local CU that I'm willing to lose).
