Anyone else got a ‘Tell the customer: Unable to process…’ error attempting One Load? Tried a different Walmart, same error. Wondering if this means a ban or just a system issue?

Well, it looks like my time might be up. Just got the following email from OnePay:
"Due to unusual activity, your OnePay account has been restricted. During this time, you will not be able to deposit funds. You will continue to have access to current account balances. We will follow up with a separate email message, typically within 24 hours, that may include questions requiring your immediate attention and response." I’ve been loading $990 at a time consistently over the past few months. In September, I loaded close to $7,000, including several back-to-back $990 loads in the last five days of the month. I never withdrew cash. I made a few small purchases at Walmart just to keep things “normal,” but primarily used the account to make ACH pulls from Amex and Chase credit cards. So now I’m wondering, Is there anything I can realistically do here? Or should I just take the L like a MS-Man and start looking for ohter greener pastures? |

Anyone know if it's possible to reload a temp ONE card at SCO? I bought a card yesterday and did a $500 load. Possible to add more at SCO? If so, how?

You have what they call a OnePay Retail card. Read about it here : https://www.onepay.com/help-center/a...ay-retail-card

I've encountered difficulties loading $200 Visa gift cards purchased from Staples into the OnePay app. Despite multiple attempts on both the desktop and mobile versions, I consistently receive an error message.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Are there specific steps or settings that might facilitate successful loading of these cards into OnePay? |

Were you able to do it in the past with the same VGCs from Staples?

Curious...after reading through this entire thread (which I'm sure you did), what made you think you could load a VGC directly into the app?

Thanks. Perhaps, I misread something. My understanding was that people have done it. What are people are doing these days to churn the gift cards?
Pathward VGCs that aren't Everywhere VGCs (which, afaik, Staples doesn't sell; only ODOM) are pretty difficult to liquidate these days. The only thing I know to do with non-Everywhere Pathward VGCs is MOs at some grocery stores and/or estimated taxes and/or spend down organically. |
