Second that. I created a new account in Wyo, but no dice for this offer. Would be very happy to buy a couple 10K over the next few days and max out my PRG ...

The Von's I usually get my VGC from went to debit only today after an 'internal meeting' per the cashier.

Cashier at my Vons just told me "just so you know, this is the last time you can do this" when I bought 3x500 VGC today. I interpreted it as I'm specifically banned (I bought 3 yesterday and probably four other times in the past month) but maybe they are also changing their policy. Or maybe a security cam photo of me will be posted at every register.

That could be because she's a very empowered cashier; the manager issued an employee notice; a rule is about to change and she somehow got wind of it...or she's bluffing.

*sigh* After the conversion, they brought the whole company over to one unified policy, and now it looks like they're doing division/district based policies again.

What happened to the J4U website? It's gone from functional to a mid-1990s mess, or at least mine has if its a Beta test.

Hacked VCG from Randalls

Got burned with a hacked VGC from Randalls for the first time, sent the claim to Blackhawk including store receipt, picture of card, etc., and now they want the full statement for the credit card used to buy the VGC or they'll dismiss the claim?! I cannot think what they want the statement for, other than getting my credit cards shutdown if they contact the CC issuer... Has anyone been in a similar situation and have any useful advice, please?

Standard practice for Blackhawk. Just do it if you want your money back

The money was gone 4 days after purchase. I waited too long to liquidate, I know...

Which Randalls? Was there any sign the card had been tampered with? Thanks.

The app still works the same as before. New site is pretty clunky and slow.

Hopefully they will keep the app the same.

They need proof you are the one who purchased it... since that statement has your name and address, etc. They want proof that whoever's statement has the charge on it, is getting the replacement card...

I highly doubt they would contact your card issuer.

Good thing it wasn't a "gift" - what a hassle for the gift recipient to have to go back to the person who gave them the "gift" and have them do all this, when this sort of thing happens.
