My USB account was in a PFRAUD state for a while. I callled in recently and had it returned to ACTIVE, but now I can neither add nor edit my funding sources. Both cards on file are no longer usable - 1 is an outdated card and one is a card I had closed. Any suggestions for a workaround?

You should reread the Serve/Redcard threads. Only online debit loads are limited to $200/day (which you shouldn't use Buxx for that.) In-store loads are $2500/day but only $1000 per transaction.

Has anyone successfully added a teen to a USB Buxx card lately? I am sure it is staring me in the face, but I can't find the link to add a new teen anywhere on the parent website.

DOH!! I was on there today to do the same, found no method to add teens, and came here to ask the question also.
Appears they stealth removed it sometime this month. It was definitely there just a few weeks ago.

You can call citi and pay the double cash with the NW Buxx. Eliminates the RB loading and you can do it at home.

I see it right now. Manage teens heading on the left, then add new teen link underneath.

I'm almost positive I've been getting 2% for my NW buxx transactions. Previous statement had 1 $500 initial load, current statement had 1 $500 load and 1 $502 reload. Both statements I paid the charges before the closing and the purchase + payment received 1% each = 2%.
Separately, I had a $502 reload on my Arrival+ and received the full 2x points.
Previous posters have said they only got 1% for buxx transactions. Are they non-NW buxx and/or was the payment made after the closing date? Not sure why I am seeing something different.

The "Manage teens" option is gone on my account as well. It doesn't make sense that it would still be there for some people and not for others. Damn I was thinking of adding 1 more "teen" as well. I guess I should have opened it earlier.

Hi,
I know people have been success in paying Citi CC with these cards but I haven't. Is there any trick? I have tried several times but have been unsuccessful.
Also, I think I saw someone state that Capital One accepts Buxx for payment. Does that remain true?
How about Bank of America CC?

I call between 8 - 9am PST and get a US representative everytime, they always seem to pick up and say, Thank you for calling citi bank, my name is...... located in Florida.
That then tells me its someone who can do it.
I simply ask to make a payment and they ask how, I say Debit card. They take the card and its done.
Hope it works for you.
