NW not loading
I've only loaded once on my NW Buxx this month (March 3rd) for $500 to teen 1.
Haven't been able to load since. I ruled out credit card issue since I was able to load the same CC on US Buxx. I have 3 different teens on NW Buxx and can't load to any of them, including the other two that haven't been touched this month.
Been loading probably 16 consecutive months without issue. Billing address hasn't changed, and credit card # has only recently been changed once. Is the new credit change the issue? Any thoughts?

How are people liquidating the NW Buxx cards? I see in the wiki that it has a "max spend per 7 rolling days of $800". If I wanted to buy do BP or MO that is greater than $800, am I SOL?

Also: what means "haven't touched"? There's a max balance this card can have at any given time.

I had the same problem. I loaded on Feb 1st and 15th successfully. I failed to load on March 1st so I manually loaded it successfully on March 8th. However, the automatic load failed again on March 15th.
2/1 auto load - successful
2/15 auto load - successful
3/1 auto load - failed
3/8 manual load - successful
3/15 auto load - failed
3/16 manual load - failed (reached max load error text)
I plan to do another manual load on 3/24. Any suggestions, guys??

1/2/15 - $500 - Successful
2/2/15 - $500 - Successful
3/3/15 - $500 - Successful
3/10/15 - Any amount - Failed
3/16/15 - Any amount - Failed
All are manual loads, I unload fully the next day after each successful load, therefore balance is always $0.00 when attempting to re-load.
Disregard my "haven't touched" statement, i wasn't clear, but more importantly it's irrelevant.

I also unload all $500 the day after, so my balance is always zero upon next reload. If someone can shed some light into this issue, it will be great. It seems that they only allow one load for March so far.

I understand the split tender but lets say you have 2 NW Buxx cards loaded with $1K balance. Then if you wanted to go to WM, you just split with 2 x $800 minus the $1.88 BP or $0.70 MO fee.
I assume you can sign up for a NW Buxx even though you have a USB Buxx card? If so can you sign up with NW Buxx initially with your name as the parent and teen OR do you have to put someone else as the initial teen? I know with USB Buxx, I had to put someone else's information as the initial teen but then after establishing the account, I could add a Buxx card with my information in it.

I didn't have any issue. The problem is possibly caused by 30 day limit. February only has 28 days. Try it today. (2/15 to 3/17 is 30 days).
Someone please look into this!!
I had the same problem. I loaded on Feb 1st and 15th successfully. I failed to load on March 1st so I manually loaded it successfully on March 8th. However, the automatic load failed again on March 15th.
2/1 auto load - successful
2/15 auto load - successful
3/1 auto load - failed
3/8 manual load - successful
3/15 auto load - failed
3/16 manual load - failed (reached max load error text)
I plan to do another manual load on 3/24. Any suggestions, guys??

SuperKirby did not seem to violate $1000 per 30 rolling day rule though and he still could not load after his 1st load in March...

Now that my cycle is off, I guess I can no longer use the auto load on the 1st and 15th -well, not unless I skip one load... :/
