Hey guys – money stuck and really could use some help here..
- Bought 2 ReloadIt cards for $500 each - Loaded them on to the safe. Thanks in advance for your help I dont know where Id begin, if they left the Safe then RLDit did its thing, and if Serve didnt accept it Id say the burden should be on them to either get the funds back on the Safe not sure if they can even do that , or cut a check for the full amount and its their problem to chase down the $$ |

In your case, I think it might before it sounded like Serve refunded it. If not, you would need to call reloadit and request them to start an investigation. I suppose you loaded two packs together? Let this be a reminder for all of us to never load 2 packs at once. Money tends to go missing that way. |
Can we load from my reloadit safe to my wife's serve or T-mobile card?

I think they are having some problems with their systems. |

Did you have the same issue where the Serve (or other card) "reversed" the transcation? Have also opened a case with Serve to investigate. I am talking to their technical department and while discussing the case she said, "we had a similar issue happen a few days ago - I'll check what happened with that.". Haven't heard back from Serve yet. Should have read more regarding the $1k loads. Lesson learned. |

Who can I call about this? Thanks in advance for your help Thanks for your comments. The funds somehow ended up in a "Pending" state on Serve's end. They gave me an incident # and transferred my case over to the technical services department. Got a great Utah based CSR and she followed up every day to update me. Complain was filed on Tues and Serve was able to up put the funds back in my account on Friday. Still have an open case with ReloadIt and haven't heard back from them. Won't be loading 1K anymore. |
when loading the card to my safe I got an error saying, "Invalid Pack". My safe still showed the correct updated balance. Tried loading it on to Serve, $500 at a time of course, I got an error saying "The new Reloadit pack you just added to your Safe is being verified. You will be able to use your pack shortly."
Tried this on two safe's on two different computers and both had the same issue. Anyone else see this tonight? I'd be rid of this company if the cards were't so darn awesome! |
