The message is actually an improvement instead of a generic "we're [always] experiencing technical difficulties". You just need to wait 2.5 to 3 hours after activation before you attempt to load.

The Invalid Pack occurs sometimes, but as long as the account is showing the right balance, I normally just ignore it.

I remember reading about this but have recently been able to load w/o issues shortly after buying. Will try to keep a 2hr - 3hr buffer before loading on to Serve next time to see if that resolves the issue.

I must have missed the recent update about loading shortly after activation. I got the same message as yours earlier today at 2.5 hours. I waited for another 30 minutes and everything was fine.

I keep getting the technical difficulties. Anyone is able to load?

I loaded 2 cards just before midnight ET last night and transferred without problem. Sometimes it helps to exit from your browser, start it again, then login to the Reloadit site and add the pack. It's very finicky (for lack of a better description).

As far as I know, the terms have always been written that way but enforced another. It is for the most part a rolling 24-hour limit, though there is a nuance concerning adding RL packs versus loading cards.

My understanding, and experience, is that the loading of pack and the transfer of funds to prepaid cards operate on separate 24 hour clocks. What time zone, I have no idea, but I just mentally note what time of day I last loaded and transferred (I usually do both at the same time) and wait 24 hours before doing it again.

Thanks.

I've been trying since 11p ET last night until now, still no success. Thought it could be the receiving end, tried load to a different card, same outcome.

Oh well, just have to keep trying then.

I had no issue loading last night after 11 pm ET time to my Serve card. Sometimes when I get the "technical issues" error, I would just try again an hour or two later and it would work.

Yeah, I do the same. All the tricks just didn't seem to work this time. I just attempted to log in, and now it's telling me this device is not allowed to access Safe. Ugh! :td:

Am I really the only one today who is having all these issues?

Try deleting all of your reloadit.com cookies or use a different profile or browser. You may need to re-link your browser with the website.

Did that too. :(

Anyway, contacted RL and was told no issues on their end. He couldn't figure out why and had escalated the issue. Was promised to receive an email within 5-10 minutes about some ticket he filed, but none has arrived yet after about 90 minutes.

Do people get shutdown by RL?

rl working fine for me..

I have separate safe per card and I'm not at the volume yet to be maxing a safe even if I ran all the cards through it..

Been having problems loading Netspend.

AccountNow and Tmobile loads ok.

dogbyte Sep 14, 2015 5:20 pm

I was able to load 2 "ReloadIts" today. One with through without any issue. Another had the "technical issues" error. I logged out and was planning to try again an hour or so later, but when I logged onto my Serve account, the money had been transferred. That was a first for me. I thought that it was going to be a bank error in my favor, but when I logged onto the ReloadIt website, the money had disappeared.
