That pretty much confirms in my mind their end game (elimination of scratch off pins and the online Reloadit Safe altogether) must be relatively close at hand. They said a year ago that they intended to move to swipe reloads at the register at all stores that sell these things. I figure they intended for it to come before August 19 originally and forgot to renew the domain when the time came to renew the domain to support the Safe.

So my theory is they are only renewing a year because they think they may not need the site in a year. It can't be a cost concern. Five years would have only been several hundred dollars at most.

They will always need a website, if not for loads for advertisement and showing partner stores. They are probably being lazy or cheap.

No, they did not, or have not yet, gone out of business. Their domain name was expired but it was brought back alive. Many, including myself, were able to login, add, and load. Then shortly after, the site went down again, but it's all working now.

ANyone know of any Gas station chains that sell reloadits in the Long Island, NY area? Its slowly becoming harder to find them at grocery stores. Thanks.

Technical difficulties
 

Do they have technical difficulties every evening? I try to load around this time and it loads to the safe but can't get it to load to Serve :/

IME if you log out and back in after loading the pack to the safe it can sometimes clear up and enable the serve load immediately.

RL at OM?
 

Just saw RL sign at OfficeMax but no RL cards were present.... Is this something new or being there all the time?....anyone bought RL at OM successfully using cc ?

Probably starting swipe to reload. Probably worthless, but worth a shot.

Hey guys – money stuck and really could use some help here..

- Bought 2 ReloadIt cards for $500 each
- Loaded them on to the safe. All good, saw $1000 available on my safe
- Loaded these on to my Serve from my Safe, no errors
- Logged on to Serve only saw $500 loaded. One of the transactions was reversed. It says “Cash Reload Reversal RELOADIT WEB”. There was a credit for $500 and a debit for $500
- I called Serve and they said they didn’t accept the funds. Called ReloadIt and they said money has left the pack and they can’t do anything about it.
- My Serve has a 0 balance and so does my ReloadIt Safe

Who has my money and any thoughts on what I can do to get it back? Who can I call about this?
