Same here. Can load my TM, but not my Netspend or Univision. I wonder if they are no longer part of the Reloadit network.

How u guys are liquidating the AN , netspend or univison cards after loading with reloadit ? is it walmart BP or inbuild BP ? is there any limit .....i checked and fees are too high to MS 2000 or 3000 $ on each card

Is there still a refund of the $3.95 purchase fee for Reloadits? I ordinarily buy them at grocery stores and then add to a Rreloadit safe but have been out of the game for a few months and am not sure what's now the best way to unload the cards and then liquidate.

Purchase fee is still refunded. Best practice is currently < $1000 debit transactions

My two grocery chains in Northern NY have both gone to cash only, at least one is now hard coded against credit cards

I'm having the same problem that many have had for the first time with the Reloadit safe. For the past 4 day, I keep getting a "technical difficulties" error when I try to transfer funds to my Serve.

I'm curious to know what people have done when this has happened to them? Does the transfer eventually go through if you keep trying?

Customer Service is absolutely useless, they said that they don't see a problem but an problem most certainly exists, they just don't seem to care.

Sooooo you haven't seen the BB/Serve thread since Friday I take it? :D

I suspect your Serve card is shut down, just like 90% of us.

Just curious on how are you guys paying this , at cashier register or at customer service ? I find it much more strict at customer serce with cash only
when at register, either manager needs approval or hard coded for cash only..

isriam Jan 14, 2016 2:38 pm

usually register can be less than 500 without mgr approval. feel out a store for this, buy as much as you can, then when you're brave ramp up. after doing this my local spot told me to go straight to csr and they'd sell me 2500 a trip without hassle.

I'm not sure I understand, can you link the thread? I called Serve earlier this week and they said they didn't see why I would not be able to load the card from the Roloadit safe. They said everything seemed fine, what am I missing?

There was a massive crackdown on Serve accounts on 1/8 where basically Amex completely suspended loading of funds onto the Serve cards no matter what source it is. So have you checked to see if you recieved any shutdown emails from Amex about your Serve account. If so you have your explanation why you can't load your Rlit to Serve.

Crackdown on what? I don't use the Serve card for MS, I use it as intended just as a prepaid card to pay bills or use the ATM. I didn't get any emails and like I said, I called to ask about the account Monday or Tuesday and they said they didn't see anything wrong.

What was this "crackdown" about and who was it supposed to affect? Every Serve card user?

*** Does anyone know of another prepaid debit card available that can be loaded with reloadable packs besides Server and Netspend?

Forget it dude. Sounds like you weren't part of it. Also paying bills on your Serve card is a no no as well.

view the serve threads in this forum. if you get technical error on reloadit, then your card is frozen. this happened with my tmo card when it was frozen.

I don't understand why the Serve phone rep would say "everything looks fine on our end" if my card would be frozen. :(
