Where do you live? They're technically offered at Giant grocery stores in the DC area. However, very few actually carry them. Fortunately, there's one near me that has tons of them.

Seems to be happening from Randalls in Austin. Has anyone experienced this? I call reloadit the $ is on the card, i enter the exact amount and it still says invalid pack. - thx!

Same exact issue. Purchased at Randall's. Any update on the process? I cannot even get a fax to go through.

Food Lion (SE Virginia/NE NC) carries a ton of them. I've slipped a couple of CC purchases through, but this week the managers are all like "cash only, dude."

Still looking for the consistently "sweet spot."

I live in NY, work in NJ, so both states work for me as I also drive.
Checked S&S, Pathmarks, Waldbaums..... nothing..... only checking whichever is convenient for me location-wise. Have not had the time to go exploring further yet.

Have one Reload it Safe for two Tmobile prepaid cards with different names.


SO I want to have a safe for both my wife and I although the name of the safe is mine but load into her card which is a different name.

Why don't you just create a second safe for her card? Then you're not limited to $1k per day per safe. Use the profiles feature of Chrome to create different profiles for all your safes, then you can use the same PC and browser for all your safes.

After more than 4 months fight, T-Mobile refunded me 4k of 4.5k. Gianteagle prepaid and safeload made the final decision to cleared my safe load balance(1.9k) to zero and froze my gianteagle prepaid account (3.9k) forever. my family is so upset. Could you please give an instruction how to file an FIDIC to get my money back? Thank you.

I'm confused here, your original post said you lost 10k. Now you say 4k. How exactly did you have that much tied up?

Before the fight, total around 1w (1.9k+3.9K+4.5k) was blocked. After then, T-Mobile only refunded 4k. safe load (1.9k) and gianteagle(3.9k) refused to refund any penny.

but how did you have that much tied up into your safe? Did you load reload its and just not push the money to your card? Or did you push 10k at once and it not show up on the card? I'm confused by how you had that much tied up. i could see 1k, but not 4.5k+.

Anyone have success removing a prepaid card from one safe and and adding it to a new safe. Once a card is verified with a safe is it forever tied with that safe?

Worst case scenario report the card lost so they send you a new one with a new number.
