How did you eventually get it to load to T-Mobile? Just kept trying over and over?

It's very frustrating the amount of errors in the safe . Technical difficulties so on . But a week ago I purchased 3 packs .$500 each Added them to safe . One of them loaded after 1 day of errors the other 2 I kept getting invalid card number . I deleted the card and put different one .still the same . After couple more days I called customer service . They told me these packs are blocked and they transfered me to talk to someone from risk department called jake . He asked me where I bought them . I told him and I told him I have receipt . He answered me .that I didn't buy them from that safe way shop and he told me to call . When I know . I told him I have the receipt from the shop . He said . He can do nothing . He was rude . And now I have $1000 stuck in my safe . I added other packs afterwards . They are working no problem but these 2 is stuck

Anyone encounter something like that before??

didn't know you can delete reload pack from the safe. were you seeing 1k in safe before you deleted them from the safe?

You can not delete packs from the safe

I don't think you can delete packs from the safe. I went on vacation and when I left I had about 30 or so packs in the safe all with $0 left on them. It was about 2 weeks before I got back and went to add some new packs. When I did, about half of the used packs were no longer listed so I assume that after a period of time they just drop off. I have not paid much attention to it since I load and transfer at the same time and don't know the exact amount of time we're talking about, but would guess around 30 days. From what I read in the T&C there doesn't appear to be a limit to the number of packs you can have in the safe, only the total amount of funds in the safe.

I think we can all agree the website (at least) appears to be run by a bunch of clowns and it doesn't make sense to leave money in the safe any longer than absolutely necessary. I personally think the money is safer on the physical card then in the safe.

OK. I reread your OP. So you were saying you loaded three reloadIt packs to your safe successfully but were only able to load one pack from the safe to a card and the other two packs kept giving your errors? So you still have 1K in the safe but they won't allow these two packs to be loaded to a new card?

I do not leave money in the safe but nowdays you add a pack . Then when you try to load the card . You get techinical difficulties error .so you need to wait then try again later

But I thought that is no longer doable? reports seemed to indicate you need to wait to load from safe to your card as Stealth2015 indicated above. Sorry I am still trying to learn the ropes...

My safe and reverification is back to normal. Loaded my RLDs and immediately transfered them to my DC
